Order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 1-2 business days (pre-sale items excluded) unless delayed by force majeure.

Note: Shipping times are based on normal in-transit circumstances. Delays may occur in exceptional cases.

3. Do I need to pay for tax?
For most countries, our shipping charges include import duties. However, in some countries, import duties may apply, and the buyer or recipient is responsible for taxes and duties. If you are uncertain, please consult your country’s customs office before ordering.

For orders with multiple items, we may deliver them in separate parcels based on inventory, with no additional charge. Thank you for your understanding.

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order is dispatched. You can use the tracking number to view the shipping details.
Shipping FAQs
Why is the freight so high? International shipping fees tend to be higher than domestic ones. However, we offer free shipping for orders over $60 and are constantly working to reduce shipping costs.
Why hasn’t my order shipped after a few days? Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. If your order includes pre-sale items, this may cause a delay. You can also check the status in "My Account" under "Order Tracking."
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships? Once your order is placed, we start processing it immediately. While changes may not be possible after placing your order, there is a short window to cancel items before processing begins. If the "Cancel Items" option isn’t visible in your order details, it means cancellation isn’t available.
How will I know when my order has shipped? You will receive an email notification with shipment confirmation. Be sure to check your spam folder. Items are charged to your selected payment method only once they have shipped.
